GoFastCab ordering service is free. However standard or other charges may apply. Standard text messaging rates and regular taxi rates will apply. For specific rates, please visit the website of our local providers available on the our cities page.

GoFastCab is working on ways to handle orders that may require a little extra special handling. In the meantime, our automated system can’t always interpret special requests. Please contact our providers directly. Visit Our Cities for more info.
At this time, GoFastCab service cannot give estimated arrival times but after your order is placed, the next available taxicab will be dispatched.
If you ordered by text or from our website, you can text STATUS from your mobile phone, or CANCEL if you no longer need the taxi. Our smart phone app confirmation screen will also show real time information about the status of your order.
Orders for a specific time can be booked through our web ordering service or smart phone applications. Our text booking service is for immediate requests only.
Currently, GoFastCab only supports one pending order per phone. If multiple orders are needed, place additional orders with a different mobile devices or please contact the dispatch center at the phone number provided in your confirmation.
