How much does GoFastCab cost?

GoFastCab ordering service is free. However standard or other charges may apply. Standard text messaging rates and regular taxi rates will apply.

How does GoFastCab work?

GoFastCab is an electronic text message based taxicab ordering service. Please see our how it works page.

When will my cab arrive?

At this time, GoFastCab service cannot give estimated arrival times of arrival, but after your order is placed the next available taxicab will be dispatched. GoFastCab orders are handled with the same priority as our affiliates' phone orders. With GoFastCab, however, a text message can get your order in faster than if you're waiting on hold! You can text STATUS to see if your cab has been dispatched.

What areas do you service?

We currently serve greater San Diego with Yellow Cab of San Diego. Please see our service coverage page.

Will I know when my taxi has arrived and how will my driver know who I am?

A few seconds after you send us your pick-up address, you'll receive a text message from 777222 with your confirmation number and the name of the company servicing your order. Your driver will also have this confirmation number.

How can I order a taxicab for a future time?

At this time, all orders are placed for immediate pick-up.

Which mobile operators support the GoFastCab service?

The GoFastCab service is compatible with all major US mobile operators.

How can I order more than one taxicab?

Currently, GoFastCab only supports one pending order per phone.
